At the start of each year, we choose an object to convey a message that reflects where Ampersand stands at that moment. More than a keepsake, it becomes a vessel for thought—giving form to the intangible, something to be touched, used, and carried into everyday life.
In 2025, we struck a tuning fork tuned to 136.10 Hz. Its deep, lingering vibration unfolded gently through the air, opening a practice of listening, resonance, and inner awareness.
Travel is an outward journey. Along the way, we gather moments of resonance and vibration within, storing them as energy to carry back into everyday life. Life, in turn, offers daily lessons: amid meals and seasons, we practice clarity of heart, allowing each departure to bring deeper awareness and abundance.

As we reflected on the practice of resonance, we were drawn to the tuning fork—an instrument of elemental simplicity. In exploring its different frequencies, we discovered that each carries a tone attuned to the rhythms of nature.
